Project Lead

To ensure seamless coordination of requirements, timelines, and releases, the Project Lead assumes direct responsibility for strategic planning and resource allocation.

The Project Lead (Scrum Master) ensures that the project progresses smoothly, adheres to standards, remains within scope and budget, and ultimately fulfills its objectives, all while managing the various stakeholders involved.

For the PL this means continuous doing of:

  • Clearing misunderstanding obstacles

  • Identify and assign the necessary resources, including personnel, tools, and budgets, to effectively execute the project.

  • Estimates and monitors all ongoing tasks (daily scrums, etc...)

  • Monitors the deployment of all finished tasks and test tasks in current release.

  • Oversee the project budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and addressing any financial discrepancies.

  • Effectively manage changes to the project scope, timeline, or resources, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining alignment with objectives.

  • Collaborate with product owner so they can together prioritize tasks as requested and needed for effective product backlog

  • Ensuring the quality of the software delivered to the product owner.
