Iteration Planning Participate in release planning sessions (With Project Lead) to determine the scope and goal of each iteration.
Acceptance Criteria Definition Specify criteria for each user story or feature, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of what's expected.
Feedback Incorporation Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users, ensuring continuous improvement of the product.
Delivery Decision: Decide when a release is ready for deployment, based on its quality, completeness, and the needs of the business.
Risk Management Identify potential risks related to product development and devise strategies to mitigate them.
